Sale terms
The pages of the artH-K gallery offer works of art whose sale takes place in compliance with the Civil Code in the valid wording.
The prices of the works do not include VAT (value added tax) in the amount determined by the law (21 %); wherever the price is not stated, it will be determined by negotiation between the seller and buyer.
The buyer must be over 18 years of age.
The payment for a work of art must take place within 10 days after ordering, in the following ways:

- In cash

The works of art are in the possession of their author.
The purchase price does not include the postage and packing the amount of which will be subject to an agreement concluded with the buyer additionally by e-mail and which will depend on the method and place of delivery.
When ordering a work of art the buyer consents to the business terms and conditions.
The buyer may return the work of art within 14 days without stating a reason. The seller shall return the purchase price to the buyer within 30 days from the day when the seller takes over the returned work of art from the buyer.
